Use the widget way: paste your Dimdim meeting widget (we automatically create one whenever you schedule a meeting) on your groups webpage, tweet it, Facebook it, all with one click. Or use the popular “ad hoc” way - simply click to jump into your room and tell people your permanent, Smart URL* Team members can even bookmark your room in their browser and when the time arrives they just go to that web page and are instantly transported to your room. No need for Scotty to beam them up, they can do it themselves. Nothing could be easier.

Oh wait, this is easier: meeting hosts don’t even need to launch a browser or start a meeting. Just click your myScreen desktop icon to instantly share your screen and tell people to go to your Smart URL and the whole team can now see your screen while you share anything.
